On Tuesday, January 29, local pro-life leaders from across the country joined the Pro-Life Action League for the 2019 Pro-Life Plan of Action conference call with League executive director Eric Scheidler. Highlights of the call included:
- An update on the fight against Planned Parenthood, including their impending loss of Title X funding, their new annual report, and creative plans for confronting them in 2019
- The calendar of regular nationwide pro-life events like #ProtestPP, the National Day of Remembrance and Pro-Life Bridges Day
- A conversation with Created Equal’s Mark Harrington about #ProjectWeakLink and the Nationwide Stericycle Protest in May
- Citizens for a Pro-Life Society’s Monica Miller on burying the bodies of aborted children, and how we must honor their memory
- A conversation with Shawn Carney of 40 Days for Life on a new collaborative event this year, a nationwide candlelight vigil at Planned Parenthood centers in April
