“This Corrupt Organization”

In the past eight days, six undercover videos by Live Action have been released showing Planned Parenthood clinics in New Jersey, Virginia and New York willing to assist a pimp and his ring of child prostitutes. The clinic workers gave instructions encouraging the girls to lie, made a referral to an even more lax abortion clinic, and told the pimp that he could sign as the guardian of the girls coming for abortions. All of this ‘justified’ in the name of confidentiality. So much for the “women’s rights” pretense that Planned Parenthood so often brandishes. Planned Parenthood has already been duplicitous in responding to Live Action’s sting. The organization called the original video a hoax, and claimed that the incidents were reported to the authorities, with their employees acting professionally. Meanwhile, they suspended, then fired the employee in Live Action’s first video, the clinic manager, and issued an apology for the “repugnant” and “unacceptable” behavior. After the release of the five additional videos, Planned Parenthood announced that they would be retraining their staff in addition to terminating those who violate procedures. In the face of these shocking videos, is it really surprising that Planned Parenthood has gone this far? I mean, this is the organization whose founder was a eugenicist like Adolf Hitler. There have already been a dozen videos previously released by Live Action in which employees are shown covering up sexual abuse and statutory rape, and presenting false information to the women coming for abortions. It is the hope of Live Action and the pro-life movement that this corrupt organization be rightfully stripped of its taxpayer funding – around $350 million a year. Live Action has already sent the footage to the State Attorneys of New Jersey and Virginia, and has called for an investigation of Planned Parenthood.
