September 20, 2007—Pro-lifers across the country celebrate a huge pro-life victory when Federal Judge Charles Norgle refuses to order the City of Aurora, Illinois, to allow Planned Parenthood open before the conclusion of an investigation into allegations that they defrauded the city when they used a front company to build their huge abortion facility there and lied to city officials about their identity. In press interviews after the decision, League Communications Director Eric Scheidler calls is a “victory for choice”—the choice of regular citizens to have a say in the development of their communities.
