Scheidler case, brought against League director Joe Scheidler and other pro-life activists for allegedly violating of the Sherman-Clayton Anti-Trust Act by disrupting the abortion business. Holderman would later reverse this decision and dismiss the case, only to have that ruling reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court.
