I’ve always been staunchly pro-life. But over the past few months—like so many readers of this blog—I’ve actually put my pro-life convictions into action. Joining pro-life rallies, speaking out at the City Council and above all praying out at Planned Parenthood has been a huge blessing for me and my family. At the same time, I’ve seen that it takes more than just a willingness to act—we need the right tools to be really effective.

That is why I’m so excited to announce the “Action Speaks Louder than Words” pro-life seminar coming up on January 19 at Our Lady of Mercy Church. As part of their commemoration of the 35th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, Our Lady of Mercy Right to Life Committee is hosting this seminar, featuring Pro-Life Action League experts and others who will equip you to effectively spread the pro-life message and change our culture.
Pro-life leaders will share their expertise with us
Seminar instructors include pro-life leaders like Joe and Ann Scheidler, Patricia Bainbridge, attorney Tom Brejcha, our own Eric Scheidler and more. They will cover such topics as:
- Communicating the pro-life message clearly and powerfully
- Counseling abortion-bound mothers at Planned Parenthood
- Confronting the abortion business with dynamic public protest
- Defending your First Amendment rights and dealing with police
- Keeping Planned Parenthood out of your child’s school
