Chicago, Oct. 31—As Respect Life Month comes to a close, Generations for Life, a Chicago-based pro-life youth outreach, is encouraging teens across the country to carry on pro-life activities throughout the year with the help of their new Pro-Life Curriculum.

“The enthusiasm and dedication of the younger generation is a shot in the arm for the pro-life movement,” commented Joseph M. Scheidler, National Director of the Pro-Life Action League. “This new curriculum is a timely effort to transform these pro-life teens into the next generation of pro-life leaders.”

The Generations for Life Pro-Life Curriculum educates young people on the value of life and the lifestyle choices that affirm the dignity of each person, born and unborn. With its comprehensive approach, the curriculum enables teens to become effective witnesses for life in their schools, churches, and communities.

“This new and beautifully designed Pro-Life Curriculum gives teens everything they need to start a dynamic pro-life club at school or church. It’s filled with practical advice and detailed resources on fundraising, activism, outreach to other students, and discussion topics for club meetings,” explained Annie Casselman, director of Generations for Life.

“We have a generation of teens who are more pro-life than their parents,” Casselman added, “but they need guidance and education. That’s where the Generations for Life Pro-Life Curriculum comes in.”

“Those of us who have been fighting abortion for so many years have a responsibility to pass the torch to the next generation,” said Joe Scheidler. “I encourage all who are working in the pro-life movement to take a look at this new curriculum.”
