SpeakOut Illinois is a unique coalition of pro-life groups, bringing together activists, educational and political groups, crisis pregnancy centers and post-abortion outreach groups for an annual pro-life conference. Speakout Illinois is a model of pro-life cooperation of which all pro-life Illinoisans can be proud, and which we would love to see duplicated in the other 49 states.
The Pro-Life Action League has been proud to co-sponsor the annual SpeakOut Illinois event since its inception in 1992 as a Roe v. Wade anniversary breakfast and commemoration for aborted children, held last year in Washington, D.C. The 2004 SpeakOut Illinois conference will take place January 25 at the Hyatt Regency, Oak Brook, and will focus on the theme Understanding “Choice”.
Join us for an afternoon of inspiring and informative speakers, including Miss America 2003 Erika Harold. Our own Joe and Ann Scheidler will be honored with the Henry Hyde Leadership Award at the SpeakOut dinner, followed by a moving commemoration of the millions of children we’ve lost to abortion.
