Attacks on PBA Ban Have Already Begun

President George W. Bush is scheduled to sign the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban on Wednesday. Planned Parenthood, desperate not to let a single almost born baby get away from its clutches has already filed a lawsuit in Federal Court in San Francisco to block the law from taking effect.

Pro-Aborts Already Attacking PBA Ban

Various other abortion forces have filed suits in New York and Nebraska, including the Center for Reproductive Rights and the American Civil Liberties Union. Planned Parenthood’s Gloria Feldt told the New York Times reporter that they have to take every step they can to keep this dangerous bill from becoming law and may not have time to spare since they have to keep their abortion doctors covered.

According to the Life Advocacy Briefing for Nov. 3, 2003, their quick action is predictable but once again defines Planned Parenthood in the minds of Americans as extreme, brutal and merciless.

RU-486 Just Isn’t Safe

The official cause of eighteen-year-old Holly Patterson’s death, according to the Alameda County California Coroner, is septic shock due to inflammation due to therapeutic drug-induced abortion — in other words, the RU-486 pills given to her by Planned Parenthood to end her pregnancy. It just happened to end her life along with ending the pregnancy.

And what will be the upshot of this killing? Why, nothing. Planned Parenthood’s crack attorneys will point out how safe RU-486 really is. They’ll point out that it’s safer than aspirin, or at least safer than childbirth. But the word is out: the French Pill ain’t safe –even if Planned Parenthood and the abortion pill pushers get away with another death.

Our Condolences to Colleen Parro

One of our best friends in the pro-life movement, a real gem of a lady who directs the Republican National Coalition for Life, Colleen Parro, has just lost her husband, Chuck, to cancer. Our heart goes out to Colleen and our prayers go for the repose of Chuck’s soul.

In this special month dedicated to the poor souls we add Chuck in a special way to our prayers. Chuck Parro fought the good fight and died in the Lord. We know that Colleen will carry on her pro-life work with continued vigor enthusiasm. She’s just that kind of woman.
