Today, Dr. Mary Davenport, MD, FACOG reports at American Thinker about a shocking study out of China confirming the link between abortion and breast cancer.
Though the abortion industry and their advocates have done everything in their power to deny and cover up this link (also covered in Dr. Davenport’s must-read article), the new study, pooling 36 studies from 14 provinces in China, showed that abortion increased the risk of breast cancer by 44% with one abortion, and 76% and 89% with two and three abortions, respectively.
That’s right. Two abortions increases your risk of breast cancer by 76%! When you factor in that half of abortions in the US are repeat abortions, that means that well over half a million women each year are exposing themselves to an incredible risk for breast cancer, all while Planned Parenthood, NARAL and their ilk insist that there’s no connection at all.
Dr. Davenport says, “not only is induced abortion an independent risk factor for breast cancer (separate from such factors as late child-bearing) but that it is the best predictive factor for forecasting a nation’s future breast cancer rates. Nations such as China, with traditionally low breast cancer rates, are now seeing an increase, many years following their legalization of abortion.”
The abortion industry is bringing a nationwide breast cancer epidemic on China, and Planned Parenthood wants to keep it under wraps. Why? Certainly not because they care about women’s health. No, it likely has much more to do with the $173,000,000 they bring in each year performing abortions.
One would think even they might want to inform women about the unbelievably high risk associated with their cash-cow product. But so far, it’s been crickets from abortion supporters.
This news is only getting out through pro-life news outlets. Will Planned Parenthood have the courage to be honest with their clients? It seems unlikely, but only time will tell. We’ll be watching and reporting on any response Planned Parenthood and other abortion groups may issue to the study.
