Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner is hosting the annual GOP Governor’s Dinner on April 12th in Chicago, and the Pro-Life Action League will be there to speak out on behalf of the thousands of unborn babies who will be aborted in Illinois because he signed HB40 — the taxpayer abortion funding bill — after he had promised to veto it.
