In response to the election of Donald Trump and J.D. Vance to the White House, Pro-Life Action League communications director Matt Yonke offers the following statement:
As a pro-life activist, I’m heartened that we will not see a continuation of the Biden-Harris administration that was so extreme on abortion and even jailed many of my pro-life friends for their activism in defense of our unborn brothers and sisters. I’m also excited to work with the Trump-Vance administration to defend children in the womb and advocate for robust pro-family policy. And while we share the goal of strengthening American families, I will continue to call on the new administration to walk back their proposed expansion of IVF, a procedure which freezes and destroys thousands of embryos, each of whom is a member of the human family.
