The winter of 2013-2014 was brutal. But spring is here and the streets are finally clear of snow, just in time for the Pro-Life Action League’s first “Face the Truth” Day of 2014.
For our first site, we’ll be holding signs showing the victims of abortion at one of our favorite sites on Chicago’s South Side: the high-traffic intersection of Cermak Road and Ashland Avenue in the Pilsen neighborhood, which we visited most recently in 2011.
Our second site is one we’re doing for the first time ever: 31st Street and Wentworth Avenue in the Armour Square neighborhood. This intersection is right off the Dan Ryan Expressway, where our signs will be seen by thousands making their way to the White Sox day game at US Cellular Field, just a few blocks away.
