Scheidler RICO trial in Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Judge David Coar refuses to allow her to speak about the Pro-Life Action League. Sachnoff sits on the edge of his seat ready to jump up and shout “Objection.” He gets his chance when attorney Tom Brejcha questions Scheidler about the origin of the term “Choose Life,” which NOW attorneys present as a threat. When Scheidler answers that it comes from the Book of Deuteronomy, Sachnoff is quickly on his feet with an objection, which Judge Coar sustains.
