February 7, 1987—League Director Joe Scheidler leads 200 pro-lifers in a picket of Genesee Hospital in Rochester, New York (pictured left), where a police injunction against picketing only inspires pro-lifers to work harder to run the abortionist, Dr. Glazer, out of town. Local TV covers the protest, and later in the day Joe does two TV debates with a spokesperson from the National Organization for Women (NOW).
