Worst. Advice. Ever.

Any list with this title would have to include this gem from Sharon Stone, who recently admitted the type of counsel she offers to teens:

Young people talk to me about what to do if they’re being pressed for sex? I tell them (what I believe): oral sex is a hundred times safer than vaginal or anal sex. If you’re in a situation where you cannot get out of sex, offer a blow job. I’m not embarrassed to tell them.

Stone has just given us Reason #92,861 why George Clooney was right when he admitted at last month’s Oscar night:

We are a little bit out of touch in Hollywood every once in a while. I think it’s probably a good thing.

Well, at least he was right about the first part. Speaking of being “out of touch,” Stone’s just-released movie, Basic Instinct 2, was a box-office flop in its opening weekend, just as other so-called “erotic thrillers” have been in recent years. Whom is the entertainment industry blaming for the loss of interest in such movies? Why, conservative Christians, of course. Right.
