League Fights for Truth and Justice
Planned Parenthood Turns Law on Its Head, Demands $317,000
In the summer of 2007 Planned Parenthood took out full page ads claiming the League and its supporters had a "history of violence" and containing outright lies. When the league filed suit against them for libel, League leaders were shocked when Planned Parenthood called upon a new Illinois law, turning it on its head to make the League look like the criminals. Eric Scheidler reports on all the details of the case.
