Scheidler To Make Historic Third Trip to the Supreme Court
Despite winning Scheidler v. NOW 8-1 in the Supreme Court in February 2003, we're heading back to the High Court for an historic third time in an effort to get the Third Circuit Court of Appeals to actually implement the Supreme Court judgment, which they have effectively refused to do.

Perhaps because of the changes going on in the composition of the Supreme Court, this year's Face the Truth Tour faced some of the most vehement resistance ever, including several arrests of passers-by for assaulting our volunteers—along with some of the most heart-felt support we've ever received.

The League's monthly Truth Days have become a regular sight in downtown Chicago. The highlights of this year's Spring Tour came in April, when a baby was saved from abortion because a young father saw what abortion really would do to his unborn child, scheduled to be aborted the next week.
