Pro-Live Activists Celebrate 8-1 Victory
Hundreds of pro-lifers joined us in downtown Chicago June 7 for "Bring America Back to Life," a full-day celebration of our recent pro-life victory in the Supreme Court. Those who attended the rally, workshops and banquet declared it one of the most important pro-life events to take place in years.

League Infiltrates Fay Clayton Talk at Synagogue
On May 21, four "spies" from the Pro-Life Action League infiltrated a talk by Fay Clayton at Am Shalom synagogue in Glencoe, IL, as two dozen activists protested outside the event. Clayton bragged about her efforts to disrupt the February 26 Supreme Court decision and warned her audience that support for abortion is slipping in the courts.

On April 30, NARAL Pro-Choice America held a luncheon celebrating abortion at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago. The League was there to protest the macabre event. NOW attorneys Fay Clayton and Lowell Sachnoff were in attendance.

Fr. Frank Pavone and Priests for Life are the latest to embrace Face the Truth, holding their first full-length tour in April. Joe and Ann Scheidler joined the successful New York tour for what turned out to be a couple of unseasonably cold, snowy days.

The Life Education and Resource Network (LEARN), which is at the forefront of an emerging black leadership in the pro-life movement, held its first annual Midwest Conference at the end of April. Joe Scheidler was honored with the Profile in Courage Award.

Ann and Annie Scheidler presented a workshop on sidewalk counseling in Dayton, OH and joined the Dayton activists out at the abortion mill, advising them on how to effectively appeal to women going into the clinic to allow their babies to live.
