8-1 Supreme Court Decision Ends NOW v. Scheidler
On February 26th, the United States Supreme Court decided 8-1 that the RICO law had been improperly used against Joe Scheidler and other pro-life activists, ending the 17-year ordeal of NOW v. Scheidler. Ann Scheidler describes this momentous day.
