On Friday, July 8, the Pro-Life Action League will kick off our 17th annual “Face the Truth” Tour across northeastern Illinois.
Since 2000, the League has conducted a week-long tour covering a large swath of territory across the Chicagoland area. At each stop, League staff and volunteers line a busy intersection with pictures of abortion victims to show the public the truth about what is all too often characterized merely as a “choice.”

Pictures Give a Face to the Victims of Abortion
We’re coming up on the one-year anniversary of the very first Center for Medical Progress video showing Planned Parenthood abortionist Deborah Nucatola scheming to harvest and sell aborted babies’ body parts while eating salad and sipping red wine. During last year’s Face the Truth Tour, we encountered tens of thousands of people in downtown Chicago on the day that video was released and began to go viral.
We put a face to the victims of Planned Parenthood’s cruelty with our signs showing the victims of abortion—and people were making the connection. We heard countless passersby start talking about the horrors of abortion described in that undercover video as they walked past our display.
As difficult as they are to look at, these pictures humanize the victims of abortion. That’s what a Face the Truth Tour is all about.
