As longtime pro-life activist Lynn Mills was sidewalk counseling February 9 outside the WomanCare of Livonia abortion clinic in Livonia, Michigan, abortionist Theodore Roumell pulled up his truck alongside her on the wrong side of the road, and then opened his door to try to hit her.
When Lynn followed him, Roumell attempted to sideswipe her as he turned onto the highway.

Yesterday, Lynn filed assault charges against Roumell.
Michigan seems to be quite the hotbed of assaults against pro-life activists as of late. Just a few months ago, assault charges were filed against Planned Parenthood Ann Arbor deathscort Bernie Klein.
As this latest assault on Lynn Mills illustrates, it is critical for sidewalk counselors to always have a video camera with them, and to never sidewalk counsel alone.
You never know when you’ll need a witness, either to corroborate your account of actions against you, or to protect you from false charges brought against you by abortion clinic staff.
And needless to say, the importance of getting video footage of an assault cannot be understated.
