April 23, 2001—The League helps organize a counter-protest of the National Organization for Women’s rally in Washington, DC. Reverend Pat Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition calls it “the smallest national abortion rights march to occur in Washington, DC in the history of their movement.”
