March 17, 1994—League Director Joe Scheidler attends the St. Patrick’s Day parade in downtown Dublin, Ireland while attending a Human Life International Conference being held there. Joe give talks at the conference on pro-life activism and former abortion providers who have quit the business and come over to the pro-life side. Ties between the League and the Irish pro-life movement would grow increasingly closer over the years.
