Scheidler case documentsToday in League HistoryFebruary 11, 1994—After the U.S. Supreme Court rules that the Racketeering and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) can be used to sue pro-life activists—the first of what would be three high court rulings in the epic NOW v.
