January 10, 2009—League Director Joe Scheidler speaks on pro-lifers as the Church Militant at a summit in Ann Arbor, Michigan, convened by Monica Migliorino in anticipation of the inauguration of Barrack Obama. Other speakers include Fr. Frank Pavone, Bishop Kevin Rhoades, Bishop Earl Boyea, Al Kresta and Paul Schenck. Attendance exceeds space available and some are turned away. The pending reign of the most pro-abortion president in history has created a sense of urgency among pro-life activists.
