January 2, 1985—In the wake of abortion clinic bombings in Pensacola, Florida, League Director Joe Scheidler conducts interviews with Newsweek, People, Time and the Washington Post. Joe calls the bombings deplorable, but, as the Chicago Sun-Times quotes him as saying, “As long as they keep murdering children, I’m not going to get excited about their buildings.”
