I love stories like this—these are what encourage me as an activist.

We may not have a friendly Court, we may not have a friendly Congress, and we may not have a friendly President, but our power lies with the people.

Urban Outfitters Realizes Its Huge Mistake

On August 11, 2010, American Life League’s Stop Planned Parenthood project (STOPP) called pro-lifers—parents, in particular—to stop a new product launched by Urban Outfitters. This “trendy” clothing store had decided to increase its profits by selling condoms. They called the product line “Properly Attired.”

Rita Diller, national director of STOPP, observed:

Marketing condoms to young people and telling them it’s a safe bet is like giving them a revolver and inviting them to a rousing game of Russian roulette… The only way to truly protect our youth from AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases and out-of-wedlock pregnancy is to do everything in our power to encourage them to remain sexually abstinent until marriage.

This is the great part: Urban Outfitters was so inundated with calls that after only one day the company had removed the condoms from their site.

In fact, you can’t find any mention of them on their site anymore.

American Girl Protest Showed Pro-Lifers’ Power Too

This is very reminiscent of the American Girl protest in 2005.

When the League called for a boycott of the dolls because of their alliance with pro-abortion Girls Inc. [pdf], enough parents told of their displeasure that American Girl dropped Girls Inc. quickly.

Despite what the media likes to say, there are millions of pro-lifers out there. And when we make our voices heard, we can be very powerful.

Keep up the good work, friends!

Fighting4Defenseless: 30,000 Children Put to the Hands of Molesters
The latest court ruling against USJF accepted the arguments of Planned Parenthood that there is a First Amendment right to promote adult-child sexual relations ( i.e., through the “Unequal Partners” program) and that children have a privacy right that outweighs any interest in finding the molester who might have given… a toddler a sexually transmitted disease. The San Diego Superior Court also accepted the notion that “no reasonable” attorney would ever argue anything to the contrary and based a $15,000 fine on this claim. One would like to believe that “no reasonable human being” would argue that children have a right of privacy that includes a right to be molested, even at five years of age.

Why does Planned Parenthood coverup for sexual predators that prey on children and fight for little kids sexual rights? Because Planned Parenthood uses Alfred Kinsey’s sex science which is based on child sexual abuse.
