Buchanan is strongly pro-life but finished second to Bob Dole in the Republican primary. Joe urges Buchanan to get Dole to put the pro-life plank of the party’s platform into action. Joe is dismayed that not a single convention speaker mentions abortion or the pro-life movement during the entire convention.
